Supporting Working Families - Finding The Balance

As part of National Workplace Wellbeing Day on Friday 26th of April 2024 and following various successful events over the last three years, Aoife Lee, Founder of Parent Support & Accredited Parent Coach will be running a 45 minute session ‘Supporting Working Families - Finding the Balance’ at 10am. The session is free to attend, prior registration is required as spaces are limited too 100 attendees - attendance will be on a first come first serve basis on the morning of logging on.

As families continue to adjust to the flexibility of working from home and the office, many continue to juggle work and home life.

Who should attend the session?

  • Parenting is tough at the best of times, So, if you are a working parent/guardian and find the juggle of working and managing family life a challenge, this session is for you.

  • Parents of children of pre-school, primary school age & teenagers.

WHAT TOPICS WILL BE COVERED?

  • The importance of managing our expectations, coping with feelings of guilt & encouraging self-care.

  • Balancing work & home life while encouraging the daily routines, including the morning rush & bedtimes!

  • Top tips on how we can encourage the children to listen and follow positive directions.

ABOUT AOIFE

  • Aoife Lee is a mum of 3 children, and accredited parent coach and Founder of Parent Support. She has been supporting families for the last 22 years and is an Award-Winning Parenting Expert with regular appearances on Irish TV & Radio. Aoife works with many organisations, providing corporate wellness parenting talks, one to one consultations and more.
